Outside Thelma Gibson school was chaotic as many FNM's and PLP's gathered and stood around the area where the recount was taking place. Police officers had to form a human barrier on the scene to avoid passionate arguing supporters from both parties. Shortly after this, baracades were set up as a physical seperation, however this did not stop the shouting and noise. Eventually the crowd settled and continued to wait quietly for more news on the recount.

'A Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer stands next to an Olympic flame ahead of the evening's medal presentations at the Vancouver 2010 Olympics in Whistler, British Columbia.' This picture caught my attention because of the angle of which it was shot and the distinct shades. Although the officer is standing next to the candle there seems to be a slight distance between them. I believe that the focal length and use of light by the photographer resulted in such a masterpiece.

As seen in this picture, Executive Director of Bahamas National Trust, Eric Carey shows some of the litter that was dumped at the Bonefish pond. In the Bahamas we have a campaign going on, 'Clean, Green and Pristine' but are we really living up to this? By the picture being greyscale, it places less emphasis on the trash but we are able to see the abundance of it which brings a stronger message to its viewers. Let's be the difference today! "Stop dumping garbage in our protected areas"
